Jing Wei Restaurant offer Beijing Local Cuisine and Roast Duck Dishes as well as some of other special dishes.
 
 
Roast Duck is a traditional Beijing style dish. It cooked through coating the novel soy material, salt and skin crisping liquid on the pre-treated raw duck, preserving for a certain time, and roasting at predefined temp. It also served in a unique way, One duck can be sliced into about 120 thin pieces, each having both skin and meat. The duck served with some thin pancakes, green onions or shallots, sweet soybean paste, sometimes cucumber, garlic-paste and sugar.

Fish Hot Pot is a special dish created by the restaurant owner. The flavour of this dish is the Sichuan style.It cooked the fish in spicy sauce with the vegetable on the botton, This dish is very popular in the restaurant.
